Tell me all about you!

Here you’ll schedule a new client consultation, which is about 60 to 90 minutes in duration. To build a plan just for you, I’ll need to know all about you! You can expect me to ask you questions about your general day-to-day activity, nutrition, fitness routine, sleep, and stress levels. At this point you can also expect some general guidance to start you toward your goals. Click here to Schedule Now


Receive your Customized Action Plan

Within 48-hours of completing the New Client Consultation, I will send you a customized plan that outlines goals and activities for one month, including nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle recommendations that will allow you to reach your goals. You will review this information and then send me any questions you have.


Work Hard and Check In

Each day you’ll likely have some work to do toward your goals. As you complete this work, you’ll let me know through the app I use to deliver and track programming. At the end of each week, you’ll schedule a check-in call with me to let me know what worked and what didn’t so we can adjust your plan as needed. You’ll have access to my calendar and can schedule a call at a time that fits your life. You also have regular access to me through text and email for any questions along the way!


Fitness and Nutrition Programming

I use the TrueCoach app to deliver your goals, information, and programming. You can also keep track of your progress and communicate with me through the app.

Continued Health Coaching

If you decide to keep working with me, you can sign-up for recurring monthly coaching and continue to receive customized planning, programming, and weekly check-ins.

Coaching Check-ins Online & In-person

If you’re a Tampa local we’ll meet in person for the initial consult; if you’re anywhere else we can talk through Skype or FaceTime. Check-ins are either Skype, FaceTime, or phone calls.
